" This chapter will help you identify what you need to be happy "

This is the problem with Happiness in present times where people in the form of business try to sell to crowds with whom they are unrelated , who doesnt belong to the same environment , who doesnt share the same common notions of words . By businesses I mean people selling physical and mental products just for the sake of making money and unconcerned about the customers for simple reason that they are unrelated and hence the sellers dont understand the customers.
And how it boils downs and filters down to the level of dissatisfaction I feel here living in a distant part of the world. Just like internet where we have selling your website through this article on how to be happy, there are actual businesses who have taken our communities and they dictate from some distant places what is valuable and what is not.
I dont know about your place, I can only speak of mine. Few Examples-
" Living in cities where there is electricity 24 hours, Malls and markets all around , internet connectivity ,clean roads " is happiness.

" TV, refrigerator, Motorcycle, car and varoius electrical instruments " are basis of happy life.

" Education through schooling system is the sign of modern man "

" Equality " ," Women Equality " ," Concern for environment " ,Good Citizen' , Global citizen " are just few examples of what happiness constitute in present times here and no of these concepts of happiness arose from the same people upon whom these desired goals of happiness is forced upon . Most of the concepts of what is right and wrong came from people who were outsiders but wanted to take control over the markets here in my country.
So a place where more than 70 % of people lived for I dont know For how many centuries with their established and shared notions about What constitute happiness got lost, destroyed by the rich businesses who came here to capture the markets
" one study conducted by Sonja Lyubormisky of UC Riverside" may apply to your environment but when studies such as these are sold to the distant groups with different environment by people who are powerful enough to capture the mind market, atleast happiness is lost for them.
