How to Host an Epic St. Patrick’s Day Party for Your Friends

St. Patrick’s Day is coming soon, and there is no better way to celebrate it than with your friends and family. If you’ve been feeling a little apprehensive about throwing a party, don’t be. You can easily throw an epic party for your friends with these easy-to-follow tips.

1. Choose the Venue

First things first, you need to choose a venue for your celebration. A restaurant or pub is always a great place to throw a party, but if you’re looking for an epic vibe, renting an apartment or home is just what you need. Alternatively, you could use your house if it is big enough.

2. Get the Drinks Ready

It is no secret that one of the best parts about hosting a St. Patrick’s day party is that you get to drink green beer and other St. Patrick’s Day-inspired drinks. If you want to make it more exciting, try making your own green beer from scratch. It’s easy to do, and your friends will be very impressed.

3. Get Cigars

After a while, your friends will want to sit back and relax. You can do this by having cigars available so they can enjoy a smoke while they chat and socialize. We recommend going for stronger cigars if your friends enjoy stronger cigars. There are also a variety of cigar accessories that you can include in your party. For example, you can get cutters, lighters, and ashtrays to keep things looking classy.

4. Play Games

Games are always a popular way to liven up a party. They can involve board games like Monopoly or cards such as poker. You could also go out of your way in favor of a classic game like rounds of Yahtzee or Battleships. Just make sure that no one gets excluded from the fun and that everyone is having a great time.

5. Give Food a Chance

Food is the heart of every party and might be the best way to make this a memorable occasion. You can get special Irish food such as corned beef and cabbage. Remember also to serve regular, non-Irish food. This way, all your guests are going to have something they like.

6. Decoration is Key

A St Patrick’s day party isn’t complete without the décor. A good rule of thumb is to use green decorations to get people in the mood. You can also serve green food, use green napkins and even give out green hats as party favors. Whatever you do, don’t overdo it: go easy on the festive colors, or your venue will turn into a kaleidoscope!

7. Focus on Music

Ensure you get a playlist your friends will be excited to hear. You can even invite your favorite bands to play at the party. This performance will make things even more fun and interactive for everyone.

A St. Patrick’s day party doesn’t have to be complicated. Following the tips above and make the night unforgettable for you and your friends. Now, all that is left is to invite them and start counting down till March 17th!
