Nootropics is a catch-all term for “brain enhancement” pills, while Adderall is used for treating ADHD and is prescribed by doctors. I advise you not to use either as it could interfere with your health.
If you’re desperate for some help, you can try modafinil. Again, there isn’t enough research done on it and you should ask your doctor’s advice before using it.

Really you don’t know what you are getting when buying some brands.
